Achim is born 1956 and occupied as a jurisprudent at the legal department of the administration of Cologne/Germany; he studied for the bar at the universities of Cologne and Freiburg and after that passed two state examinations in law. He has a son, born 1989. His interests are chess, puzzles, philosophy, tv (e.g. "Friends") and classical music.
