Born in 1965 in Spain. My university degree was Law. I am a civil servant and currently I work for the department of justice of the Basque government.
I like reading, music, running, calisthenics, I have competed in indoor rowing,
I love walking with my dog, oriental philosophy and everything related to the mind and playing blitz and bullet games of chess.
My main hobby has been chess, to a good level. Participating in several Spanish team and individual championships. Maintaining an elo rating between 2004 and 2150 FIDE.
But where I have achieved better highlights due to my analytical nature is in correspondence chess in which I am Grand Master of the International Correspondence Chess Federation and an ICCF rating of 2514, winning among other tournaments the Golden Jubilee 50th anniversary of the British federation.
I have represented Spain in multiple competitions.
